Our magnesium balm is handcrafted with shea butter, coconut oil and lightly scented with essential oils. The magnesium flakes used are sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed. This balm is best used when a small amount is placed on the soles of the feet before bed or on sore muscles. 
 

To use, gently massage onto skin. For external use only. Keep away from eyes. Do not use on face. Do not eat. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Note: the coconut oil will naturally separate with time, which may result in the appearance of tiny white pearls in your balm. This will not negatively impact the product.
