Lavender + Rue Cleansing Stick

Lavender has centuries of history as a medicinal plant used to reduce insomnia, anxiety, headaches, migraines, and more. Burning a lavender cleansing stick is sometimes used to invoke spiritual protection, cleanse energy and to open the heart chakra. This stick is bundled with Rue, usually used spiritually to cleanse oneself of jealousy, ill will, and bad luck. Rue is a common ingredient in witchcraft and spell-making. During the middle age, Rue was hung in doorways and windows to keep evil spirits out!
